Welcome Reception

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

We hope you will stop by to kick off the weekend! We will have drinks and appetizers on the back patio from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Let us know if you need a dinner recommendation for before, or find our favorites on the "Things to Do" page of the website. The event is dressy casual and will be outdoors. We encourage guests to bring a layer.

Wedding Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

For those who RSVP’d for transportation, please be ready at your designated pick-up location at the time listed below. Shuttles will return to both the Hyatt and Courtyard hotels throughout the evening, so you can head back whenever you're ready. Pick-Up Times: Courtyard Marriott – 3:30 pm Hyatt Regency – 4:00 pm The ceremony is black-tie optional and will be outdoors.
