The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire to dressy casual. Mauve and Champagne colors are preferred, but any darker color will do as long as it's related to the motif. As per request, we ask that there be no White or Black Dresses. If you want more details on what to wear, we found this article helpful: https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-dressy-casual
January is an excellent time to travel to the Philippines, as temperatures are cooler without being too cold. It is also the height of the dry season, so rain should be minimal. Although the Ceremony will be in an outdoor setting, we will provide all necessary items to ensure minimal disturbances barring any extreme weather factors.
We invite everyone to join us in celebration at the Grand Ballroom of Hillcreek Gardens Tagaytay, located at 134 Tagaytay-Alfonso Road, Alfonso, Cavite.
There are plenty of accommodations close to the Venue. The Venue is less than an hour away from Manila and around two hours from Bulacan and Pampanga via Skyway and Major Expressways. Guests may also enjoy a 20% discount for rooms at Hillcreek Gardens on the wedding date. Contact the wedding team if you need help reserving a room for yourself and your loved ones.
The ceremony and cocktail party will be held in an outdoor setting, while the reception dinner will be an indoor event.
After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will have a brief session of taking pictures. There is a time gap between the end of the ceremony to the start of the wedding reception. The ceremony ends at 5:00 pm, and the reception starts at 6 pm. There will be a Cocktail Party during this time gap at the holding area. Use the time to relax, rest and recharge before the reception! It's also the perfect time to participate in booths, outdoor entertainment, souvenirs, and photo-op activities the bride and groom provide around the Cocktail area. Drinks and Hors D'oeuvres are available during the Cocktail hour. Make sure to register in the lobby before entering the reception area. YOU MUST register with the reception staff and pick up your official wedding wristbands. This will make it easier for you to find your assigned seats and allow the team to adequately address you as official guests. Although we would love to have room for all your plus ones to celebrate, we hope you respect our STRICT RSVP ONLY Policy to help us comply with the safety protocols, venue, suppliers, and budget.
Although we don't have a formal theme for the guests, we do ask that people wear semi-formal attire and appreciate guests that make an effort to wear colors of the motif (Champagne and Mauve). STRICTLY No white or black dresses.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
For the ceremony, we recommend that you arrive no later than 4:30pm or 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and you have a secured parking space. If you are late to the ceremony, you will not be allowed to get inside the ceremony venue at the start of the procession.
There is plenty of free, secured parking at the ceremony location. However keep in mind that there maybe other events at the same area so coming early greatly increases your chances of securing a parking spot.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an age 10+ event with a few young children that are family. So everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. It was a tough decision because there were many people we could not invite, so we hope you’ll understand.
Please RSVP by the 15th of November. You'll' need to RSVP online because food accommodations need to be set in advance. If you don't' RSVP by the 15th of November, we can't' guarantee a seat at the wedding. Don't hesitate to contact the couple or wedding team directly if you need more time for your RSVP.
Food and drinks will be served at the Cocktail Party and the Reception. Please come ready to eat because we will have an extensive food offering during the cocktail hour and the reception dinner. Cocktail Hors D'oeuvre will consist of a Mongolian Station, Local Coffee and Fresh Organic Juice bar stations, and an 8+ appetizer course inspired by the love story of the couple and their travel to different provinces of the Philippines. For Dinner, guests can expect an international menu, served French style for the Principal Sponsors. There are different stations inspired by other stories and an overflowing dessert area, once again inspired by the local travels of the couple. Food will be prepared under the direction of Head International Chef Kim Losaria of La Marings Restaurant and Catering from Iloilo Province
