For those who want to start celebrating early, please join us for a casual gathering the evening before the "I dos." The wedding party will stop by after their rehearsal dinner to say hello and give you a chance to catch up with the bride and groom. If you arrive before wedding party feel free to enjoy the cash bar.

Parking at our venue is limited, we kindly recommend carpooling or ridesharing with friends and family. Please consider making your own arrangements for transportation with services like Uber, Lyft, zTrip, or your favorite local taxi/limo company if you want to relax and enjoy the night. We do ask those of you parking in the neighborhood to be respectful to our wonderful neighbors by not parking on their property or blocking drive ways or roads. AS OF 5/6/2026 SHUTTLE SERVICE IS FULL and unfortunately can not reserve anymore space to get everyone to the venue in a reasonable time frame.

Outdoor Formal/Western Formal, the ceremony will be in the grass so be mindful when choosing footwear. Cowboy hats, boots, and nice jeans are welcomed.

The reception will be held directly after ceremony beginning with cocktails while waiting for the photography of family and wedding party. We will have a thankful blessing before enjoying a buffet dinner starting at 7:00pm, special toasts to the couple at 8:00pm, a memorial tree lighting at dusk and proceeding with dancing from 9pm until 11pm.
