The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Due to the wedding occurring during rush hour, we recommend that you plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. If you arrive late, you will not be admitted into the ceremony after it begins, but welcome to join us at cocktail hour.
We believe that you will look good in anything that you wear! The attire for the wedding is semi formal meaning you can dress up, but ultra-fancy attire is not required. For women, this generally means a full-length silhouette. For men, a tux isn't required but welcomed. Our wedding colors are rose gold, blush, and emerald green. Have fun with it!
Your invitation will indicate the number of seats reserved in your honor. Please note to whom your invitation is addressed. The couple will not be able to accommodate anyone other than those listed on the invite because our event is highly customized to our guests that were invited and RSVP'd. We also have a set number due to COVID precautions and want to keep the safety of our guests in mind.

We want you to be able to really enjoy our ceremony, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer who will be capturing this significant moment. We're respectfully asking that everyone consider putting away all cameras and cell phones. You are more than welcome to take photos at the conclusion of the ceremony. The health and safety of our guests, as well as our vendors, is of utmost importance to us. We are taking the following precautions to ensure that we limit the spread of COVID-19: ***Although not required, we HIGHLY encourage all guests to get tested for Covid-19, 48-72 hours before the wedding to minimize the risk of the spread of Covid-19!!* We have limited our guest list to 50% of venue's capacity and all tables and chairs will be safely distanced and strategically seated. ~Custom mask will be available for all guests to wear during the wedding and reception ~ Hand Sanitizer will be available, however, we encourage the use of handwashing as it is more effective ~ Restrooms will be closed every 2 hours for a thorough cleaning *Although we would love to have everyone present for our special day, we ask that if you are sick or feeling ill to please stay home.* Please contact us for the live stream link.
Non overnight parking in the garage is $25. The Conrad also offers valet parking. Street parking as available is also an option.
