Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking our guests to follow a Black Tie Optional dress code! This means you’re welcome (but not required) to wear formal evening attire. For men, a tuxedo is great, but a dark suit and tie is perfectly appropriate. For women, a long gown, elegant cocktail dress, or formal jumpsuit is ideal. Think elegant and polished, but wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident!

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

If you are staying at Black Canyon Inn, you are in walking distance from our venue - The Boulders! If you are staying at the Quality Inn Near Rocky Mountain National Park, we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding from this hotel. Shuttle times will be added at a later date. If you are staying outside of these hotels, please plan accordingly. Please note that Uber/Lyft are not accessible within Estes Park. Event parking at the venue is available but limited. For your convenience, you are welcome to meet the shuttle at the Quality Inn (mentioned above).

How should I rsvp?

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as “will attend” or “will not attend”.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by July 1, 2026. Responding as early as possible helps us greatly with planning. If we do not receive your RSVP by July 1st, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “will not attend” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive promptly by 4PM to the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you only bring a guest if your invitation specifically includes a plus-one. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our celebration will be an adults-only event, unless otherwise noted on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!
