You should dress in Semi formal! The weather will be warmer, but the party will last until late night! Wear something you can dance in, but still looks great for photos!
It will all be outdoors! The weather will be nice, and heaters will be stationed around during the night portion.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area for cocktail hours where we will be serving appetizers and beverages.
We recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Parking will be in the side lots next to the venue straight down the road. An attendant will be present to help you park!
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate the number you listed on the RSVP.
We will be having a BBQ dinner provided consisting of Chicken or Tri-tip, scalloped potatoes, roasted corn, and beans! We will also have a side salad, and finish the night off with some amazing carnitas sliders to help get everyone home safely! There will be non alcoholic beverages served, as well as an open bar!
We will have a special veggie taco bar for those who are vegan/vegetarian! You can choose a tortilla or lettuce cup! The beans and corn are also available! Please reach out if you have any other concerns and we will try our best to accommodate!
