Where to Stay

If you're travelling in from outside Manchester and need a hotel, we recommend staying in Macclesfield - just a 15 minute drive from the church and potentially cheaper than a hotel in the city. Alternatively the church is a 10 minute drive from Manchester Airport, so a hotel near there may also be convenient.

Train

Public Transport

Poynton Train Station is a 15 minute walk from the church and has direct connections with Manchester Piccadilly, Stockport and Macclesfield Stations.

Car Parking

There's very limited parking at the church, so we'd ask you to please leave that for the bridal party and those who aren't able to walk from another car park (please let us know in advance if this is you) There are carparks at Poynton Sports Club (a 10-15min walk away) and Poynton Civic Hall (pay & display, a 5 min walk away). If you are driving please allow extra time to find a space!
