Fly into Sacramento (really easy to fly in/out of, 2.5 hours from Redding) or SF (~3.5 hours from Redding) and then either get a connecting flight to Redding Regional Airport (RDD) or rent a car.

This is nice hotel next to the river and Turtle Bay Exploration Park. Sort of close to downtown (but not attached to the bar we're going to after the wedding). Closer to wedding (~10 minutes away). Link posted goes to block of rooms reserved for wedding.
