We met at St. Cornelius Catholic School sometime in the early 2000s when our brothers started kindergarten in the same class, but it wasn't until high school that we became close friends. We spent most weekends together with our mutual friends going to movies, playing board games, or just hanging out. When we both ended up at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, the friendship slowly turned into something more. After we began dating in 2015, we filled our weekends with camping, hiking, and lots of movie dates, and the last six years have been spent much the same way.
