As soon as possible. Either through the hotel, a third-party or through our room block. If using the room block, we strongly encourage all guests to reserve their rooms by Monday, 11/23/26. This allows us to finalize our room block with the resort and helps ensure everyone can take advantage of the group rate. After this date, room availability and pricing may be subject to change under the room block.
1. Review the website listed under "Travel" and identify the room option you like. 2. Complete the Booking Authorization Form on the website and share flight details, if booked separately. Payton can assist with flights, and will assist with group rates for the transportation options once all the flight information is collected. 3. Each guest will then be sent a TripLink to authorize the payment. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your room. If airfare is included in your package, you must pay in full for the airline tickets at the time of booking.

We do not have a dress code requirement. For the Thursday and Friday events, we encourage you to wear bright colors. For recommendations on traditional Hindu/ Indian wear, please reach out to us directly. Please do not wear red on Friday and white on Saturday.
