Will there be parking at the church?
Answer
Yes they have a parking lot and off street parking. You will have to drive to the church.

Will the shutttle take me to the church?
Answer
NO, the shuttle is only from the hotel to the reception and vice versa.

Will there be parking at the reception?
Answer
Some parking. But a shuttle is provided for those who plan on drinking.

When will the shuttle run?
Answer
It will run a total of 4 times. Starting at 3pm at the Spring hill suites to Hartwood Acres. Then 3:30pm At 9:30 pm from Hartwood acres back to hotel. And last shuttle run is at 10pm. Last call will be 10 pm at Hartwood Acres the Stables.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Unfortunately, due to the limited space of the venue we are capped with seats and cannot offer plus ones. The card addresses the invitee.

What if I don't RSVP?
Answer
To help us with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by 8/10/2024. We will have to assume you declined unless you spoke with us personally.
Question
Whom to contact about questions regarding wedding day?
Answer
The bride and groom will not be answering questions regarding literally anything the day of the wedding. We will be in Do Not Disturb Mode! All questions can be answered by our wedding planner: Courtney- 1 (717)-813-1592. If you have questions leading up to the week of the wedding please be in contact with the maid of honor or the best man. Thank you for saving us some stress!
