Quattro Canti

Piazza Villena, Palermo, Sicilia 90133, Italy

This four-cornered square marks the center of the old city and connects Palermo’s two major roads: Via Maqueda and Via Vittorio Emanuele. It’s also the spot where all four main historic neighborhoods — Albergheria, Capo, Kalsa, and Vucciria — meet. The square itself is made up of four curved facades, each decorated with statues representing the seasons, Spanish kings, and Palermo’s patron saints.
