Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our venue has limited space and in order to invite as many of our friends as we could, the guest list is tight and we don’t have room for extra guests.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Check "Air & Hotel" page.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Although the menu is pretty set to what it is, please still reach out to us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Question

Where is Solitude Resort?

Answer

Solitude Ski Resort is located in Big Cottonwood Canyon (Highway 190), 29 miles southeast of Salt Lake City. The Salt Lake City International Airport is only 34 miles away from the Solitude Resort, a drive that takes about 40 minutes. If you have a GPS, the address of Solitude Mountain is 1200 Big Cottonwood Canyon. The route from downtown and the airport is to take I-80 East to I-215 South, take 6200 South (exit 6), continue east onto Wasatch Blvd, then turn left at the signs to Big Cottonwood Canyon (and Solitude and Brighton). It is an easy 12 mile drive up the road to the resort. Drive carefully as this road can be a bit wind. The Village, Solitude lodging, and our wedding will be located at entry 2.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, all of our venue sites are wheelchair accessible.

Question

If staying at the hotel, when should I arrive?

Answer

Becuase of hotel check in times, we recommend arriving no later than Friday, June 14th.

Question

Can we stay in Park City?

Answer

By all means yes! Park City is beautiful and has tons of activities to try. If you do not want to travel all the way around the mountail then there is a drive called Guardsman Pass Scenic Backway.
