Mother of the Bride
This wedding couldn't be possible without my mommas love and time devoted to making this my dream day!! This woman made who I am today and I am so thankful to be able to have her by my side.
Father of the Bride
The man who I get my funniest of jokes and love for mint chocolate chip ice cream from. You might see him busting a move on the dance floor, just saying. Married or not, I'm forever my daddy's little girl.
Flower Girl
Raised by my Aunt BB and Uncle Mark, Bella has impacted our family in the best ways possible. Her bright spirit and love for her family and friends is the most adorable thing ever. Bella loves singing, acting, taking photos and her stuffed animals. I love you so much bella boo!
Maid of Honor
Meg and I have been besties since my senior year at the Savannah College of Art and Design! We met while serving at FUSE at Newspring Church in Bluffton, SC and instantly clicked. Meg loves the Lord, her dog Harlow, her family and her boyfriend Luis!! She also was the first one to really know about States and our reconnection/first date. I cannot be more excited to have her by my side for this long awaited day.
Bridesmaid
SISSY! I simply couldn't have this day without my sister- through thick and thin, she's my bestie forever. Brie is currently in college at Horry Georgetown Technical College studying Radiology to be an ultrasound technician (fancy..right?!). In 2024, I got the opportunity to baptize her which was a moment long prayed for. It's been an honor to watch her grow up and grow in her faith.
Bridesmaid
My sweet EJ! Eva Joy has had such an impact in my life over the course of being in college. I met EJ at Newspring in Bluffton on Easter 2023. Watching her grow and stretch through different seasons taught me so much about faith and steadfastness. From movie dates, pool days and dinner at the local mexican restaurant- I cannot wait to have her by my side on this special day.
Bridesmaid
My sweet Harleigh. Similar to Meg and EJ, I met Harleigh at Newspring in Bluffton in the winter of 2022. Harleigh's heart for her fuse girls and the students she teaches at school, is so big. Time after time, i'm inspired by her leadership skills and her faith. Also, we have more insides jokes than I can count on both of my hands. It's an honor to have Har by my side on this day.
Bridesmaid
Wes!! Wesley and I met.. can you guess..? Newspring in Bluffton back in 2023. Wesley and I co-led a group of fuse girls for a couple years together and it was (and still is) SO fun. Wesley recently got married to Preston in November 2024, and you best believe I sobbed countless times. Her and her husband are currently full time missionaries in Puerto Rico. It's been so amazing to see her growth over the past few years.
Bridesmaid
Hollis and I became friends in the past year or so when I joined a small group she was in July 2024 in Myrtle Beach. Besides the Lord, Hollis has a crazy love for her pup Jax. It's been so fun getting to know Hollis over the past year, and I can't wait to see where our friendship takes us. Maybe we can convince a live band to play the mickey mouse theme song (like actually this time). i love you girl!!
Bridesmaid
Sweet Pres! Preslee is State's younger sister! The first time I met Preslee was surprisingly in the drink isle in a Walmart in Evans, GA when States drove me home from Atlanta. Preslee loves the Lord and her friends! I'm so excited to have another sister!!! EEEK!
Mother of the Groom
Even though sometimes I couldn't get a word in edgewise, I always knew my Mom was someone I could talk to. Her support has never wavered, and neither has her love for me. I know I can always count on our calls being an extra 10 minutes because she has to fill me in on all the new drama with her dogs.
Father of the Groom
I wouldn't be the man I am today without my Dad. Through thick and thin, he has always found a way to be there and support me. Even if it meant driving way too many hours in an unreliable car to watch me play in my last college golf tournament. I hope that one day I can be as good of a father as he's been to me.
Best Man
Drew was one of the very first people I met when I moved to Myrtle Beach in 2016. He has been with me through thick and thin over the last 8 years. From serving at church to taking his lunch break to go lug around whatever I had just found on Facebook marketplace, he has always been someone I can lean on and trust. Getting to grow and serve in community with Drew has been a true blessing in my life.
Groomsman
My brother. We've had our ups and our downs, but nothing can change the fact that Cade's my brother. From trying to pawn him off as an impact student to locking arms in leading students at the very same camp, it has been so cool to see Cade grow and mature in the Lord. Excited to have him stand with me on this special day.
Groomsman
From the moment I shook JB's hand at NewSpring I knew we'd be good friends. He's outgoing and zealous in his faith. It has been a joy to watch JB grow and to grow alongside him. He's always down for an adventure no matter how spontaneous and I can't wait to have him alongside me on this upcoming one!
Groomsman
Miguel is quite simply the man. He's been my roommate for the last three plus years and I honestly don't know what I'm gonna do without him. From a seeming coincidence that allowed us to become roommates in the first place to years of hosting, building, and making memories, Miguel truly has been the best roommate and friend I could ask for.
Groomsman
Toph. He may put on a serious face most of the time, but after living with him for a few years, I've come to know just how caring and sincere he is. He is a model of consistency and strives to lead people to the Lord in every facet of his life. There's nobody else I would rather see behind a piano, and I'm so excited to have him standing by me.
Groomsman
Josh has been my friend for longer than I can remember. We've grown up together, being there for some of each-other's biggest milestones. Over the years, I've gotten to watch Josh become an incredible husband and a father. I'm so glad to have him stand by me as I step into this new season of life with Joselyn!
Groomsman
Bradley is a true friend no matter how far away he may live. Getting to do ministry with Bradley in college and to now support him in his endeavors of planting a church in Tennessee has been incredible. Bradley's heart for the Lord and making Him known is second to none and I am lucky to call him a brother in Christ.
Ring Bearer
What would our wedding be without a surprise guest!?! With a love for llamas for as long as she can remember, it was on Joselyn's bucket list to have her ring bearer be a llama! Also- for her 22 birthday, States surprised Joselyn with a trip to a llama farm.
