Because we have secured Campamento Yolotl exclusively for our wedding, you will not book your room directly through the resort or their website. To keep things organized and ensure our US guests get first dibs on the best rooms, we are managing all reservations personally. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Do Not Book Directly! We have negotiated a special, discounted private rate specifically for our guests. If you attempt to book directly with the resort: You will miss out on this exclusive rate and will end up paying significantly more. One Point of Contact: To avoid confusion with resort staff, please communicate all housing needs directly to us. Since you are traveling the farthest, our US guests have "First Dibs" on the rooms! However, we have family traveling from across Mexico who will also be joining us, so please act fast. We need the following from you by April 1st: Your Dates: Total number of nights you’re staying. Your Roommates: Names of everyone sharing the room. Your Payment: Send the total amount to us via Apple Pay or Zelle to Yareli at (224) 804-2105. Pricing: Rates are set in Pesos. The USD amounts below are estimates based on current rates. Please be sure to check the live Pesos-to-Dollars exchange rate when you are ready to pay, as it changes daily. Rooms for 1-2 People: $900 Pesos per night (Approx. $53 USD) Rooms for 3-4 People: $1,300 Pesos per night (Approx. $77 USD) Additional Person in Room: +$350 Pesos per night (Approx. $21 USD) If you need more time to send the full amount, please just let us know! We are happy to work with you, but we need to know your headcount and room details ASAP to finalize the resort room reservations. Please be sure to send full info and payment by April 1st.
Flight
We recommend to arrive on Tuesday, 9/22 to check-in and relax, and be part of our Bachelor/Bachelorette Party on Wednesday, 09/23. Non-stops to Veracruz are rare (mostly TX/FL); expect layovers in Mexico City or Guadalajara. Pro-Tips: Check prices on Tuesdays, compare two one-way tickets vs. round-trip for savings, and book directly with the airline.
Travel Note
As a "Thank You" for making the trip to celebrate with us, we will be providing complimentary transportation for all our US guests from the Veracruz International Airport (VER) to the resort, and back again for your departure. We are organizing shuttles to pick you up and take you directly to Campamento Yolotl. To ensure we have a seat for you, you MUST send us your flight itinerary and the number of people in your party as soon as you book. Once we have everyone’s arrival times, we will group guests into shuttles. We will send you your specific pickup instructions. It is crucial that we know your exact arrival and departure days so no one is left stranded at the airport. Again, we highly recommend landing on Tuesday, 9/22. This allows us to group most of our US guests together on the way to the resort!
