You can take multiple flights into Medellin. In our personal opinion it’s best to fly out first thing and get there mid afternoon just in time to enjoy a typical Colombian lunch. The only direct flights are from JFK to MDE usually around 6:30am and land around 11:00 Am with Avianca.
