Cocktail Hour - 7:00 Dinner - 8:00 Party! - 9:30 There will be hors d'oeuvres served during the cocktail hour after the ceremony. Food will be catered by Churrascos in a buffet format. There will be grilled argentine steak with a chimichurri sauce and a plantain crusted chicken cutlet served on top of spicy smoked black bean sauce, seared panela cheese, roasted tomato and crema nica. Guests may choose one or both entrees at the buffet, with half servings of each for those who choose both. If there are any dietary restrictions please let us know.
