Booking Your Room Room can be booked directly through resorts website or through our travel concierge, Addy Peiffer. Addy will be happy to assist you with your accommodations and answer any travel-related questions. When emailing Addy, please send your message to book@serenityluxtravel.com and: Put our names (“Matthew & Jose”) in the subject line In the body of your email, include: Number of travelers Dates of travel If traveling with children, their ages The initial deposit to secure your room is 20% of the total trip cost, and all payments will be made directly through Addy. Guests may make payments at any time, with final payment due by August 3, 2026.

Upon arrival, you can easily get an Uber to your hotel or, for a more comfortable and seamless experience, you can book a black car airport service through our travel concierge, Addy Peiffer.
