How do I book my room for the wedding? All rooms must be booked exclusively through our travel concierge, Addy Peiffer, at book@serenityluxtravel.com. Reservations cannot be made through the hotel’s website or third-party booking sites. You can start booking your room now!

The book-by date is March 30, 2026. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred room type.

How much is the deposit, and how do I pay?

Answer

A 20% deposit of your total trip cost is required to secure your reservation. All payments (including the deposit) will be made directly through Addy.

Can I make payments over time?

Yes! You may make payments at any time after your deposit. The final payment is due by August 3, 2026.

How far is the hotel from the airport, and what’s the best way to get there?

The hotel is approximately a 40-minute drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). You can easily take an Uber from the airport, or for a more comfortable and hassle-free experience, you can book a black car airport transfer through our travel concierge, Addy Peiffer.
