*The nearest airport to fly into is Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The venue is approximately a 10-15 minute drive from the heart of South Lake Tahoe where the main portion of hotels and casinos are located. *Various hotels are located nearby the venue so feel free to pick one that fits your needs the best! Many hotels are also located down the street from the venue on the Nevada side of Tahoe. These are great options to pick from as well. Specifically, the hotel Margaritaville (once an Embassy Suites) has a shuttle that will take guest to the venue. Additionally, Airbnb & Vrbo rentals can be found in the area and are a very popular option if your party is larger. No room block is being provided so please make hotel reservations in any manner you wish. *The parking lot for the venue is quite small, so we ask that guest utilize ride shares, hotel to the venue as S. Lake Tahoe is a very tourist friendly area and parking can be found in many areas.

The airport is the most convenient one to fly into & is the most ease of use for your travel. It is approximately 1 hour away from South Lake Tahoe. A luxury shuttle bus is available for ease of use to be transported directly to South Lake Tahoe; please see tab below for more details & their website for booking.

A luxury shuttle bus is available for purchase which will transport you directly from the Reno-Tahoe airport to one of the main casinos in the heart of South Lake Tahoe; The Golden Nugget. This casino is roughly 10-15 minutes down the road from the venue and likely across the street or down the street from a hotel you have booked. Ticket est. cost is $30.
