What hotel do we stay at?

Answer

Any! The hotel is your pick, so please book whatever option fits your situation the best. Another amazing and readily available option is to book an RnR rental or VRBO home. These are quite popular in Tahoe and some gorgeous homes can be found for an affordable price. RnR is Tahoe’s equivalent to Airbnb; more home rentals can be found here!

How do we get there?

Answer

You will have to book your own flight/ transport accommodations in order to attend. There is only one main airport to fly into (Reno-Tahoe International Airport). However, airport transportation & more details can be found on the travel tab for your convenience.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel/airport?

Answer

Yes. If you are flying into the Reno-Tahoe international airport, there is a airport shuttle bus you can purchase. Please see the travel tab for booking link & details.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking for everyone to be in formal attire. Men should wear suits in light or dark hues & slacks while women can wear dressy jumpsuits or maxi dresses. Formal footwear for both is the preferred attire.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If the invitation is addressed to you and a guest, or if the invitation lists a "plus one", then you are welcome to bring someone. If you would like to request an additional guest, feel free to reach out so an accommodation can be made.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00PM PST. Please visit the schedule tab on this website for further details. Note: The ceremony will be held outside and shouldn't last longer than 30 minutes.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

While your attendance is a gift in and of itself, yes we do have one. Please see the registry tab on this website. If you do not wish to purchase an item and would like to contribute cash, we are also asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund. We appreciate the generosity if you are able to gift something!

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged wedding ceremony so no pictures are allowed during that time. However, during the cocktail hour and reception, photos are allowed. We will have professional photographers capturing our special day and ask that phones at the ceremony are silenced and put away. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take home the wedding decor?

Answer

No, all decor present at each event (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) are to stay with the venue.

What if myself or part of my family can't attend?

Answer

We are sorry you are not able to make it and will miss you! If you are unable to attend, please RSVP with the appropriate response for your whole party on or before the deadline so the Bride & Groom are aware of your attendance. If you do not respond by the deadline, then you will be considered a "NO".
