What hotel do we stay at?

Answer

Any! The hotel is your pick, so please book whatever option fits your situation the best. Another amazing and readily available option is to book an AirBnB or VRBO home. These are quite popular in Tahoe and some gorgeous homes can be found for an affordable price.

How do we get there?

Answer

You will have to book your own flight/ transport accommodations in order to attend. There is only one main airport to fly into (Reno-Tahoe International Airport). However, airport transportation & more details can be found on the travel tab for your convenience.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel/airport?

Answer

Yes. If you are flying into the Reno-Tahoe international airport, there is a luxury airport shuttle you can purchase. Please see the travel tab for booking link & details.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking for everyone to be in dressy casual attire; Men should wear a suit or a blazer with dress pants, while women can wear a knee-length or longer dress or a blouse and formal bottoms/knee-length or longer skirt.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

All invitations will list the individuals invited to the wedding. If the invitation is addressed to you and a guest, or if the invitation lists a "plus one", then you are welcome to bring someone. However if your invitation does not indicate this, then we are unable to accommodate an additional guest due to guest count restrictions.

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00PM PST. Please visit the timeline tab on this website for further details. Note: The ceremony will be held outside and shouldn't last longer than 30 minutes.

Is there a gift registry?

Answer

Yes, please see the registry tab on this website for a list of items we are needing as newleyweds. If you do not wish to purchase an item, we are also asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund. We appreciate the generosity if you are able to gift something!

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes, your invitation will list the children who are invited. If your child is not there, then we are sorry but at this time we are unable to accommodate your child.

Can I take photos at the wedding?

Answer

We are having an unplugged wedding ceremony, so no pictures are allowed during that time. However, during the cocktail hour and reception, photos are allowed. We will have professional photographers capturing our special day and ask that phones at the ceremony are silenced and put away. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take home the wedding decor?

Answer

No, all decor present at each event (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception) are to stay with the venue. If any items are missing, then the Bride and Groom have to pay for it.

What if I/ part of my family can't attend?

Answer

We are sorry you are not able to make it and will miss you! However, if you are unable to attend, please RSVP with the appropriate response on or before the deadline so the Bride & Groom are aware of your attendance. If you do not respond by the deadline, then you will be considered a "NO".
