Shelby and Bailey met at the FRC in 2017. They became "work friends"...then real life friends... and then roommates...and then best friends! Bailey lived with Shelby from 2020-2023 and they spent much of COVID together with the dogs. Bailey's favorite thing to do with Shelby is sit on Shelby's back porch with a warm drink watching the dogs play! One of Bailey's favorite memories with Shelby is taking a road trip around Iceland (and spending the night in a yurt)!
Kelsey Bunch

Bailey and Kelsey met at their college ministry in August 2014 (Bailey's freshman year). Kelsey (the Enneagram 7, extravert) adopted Bailey as her new introvert friend and the rest is history! Once they moved in together, they became quick best friends! They lived together for 6 years...which included lots of late night Braum's runs. One of Bailey's favorite memories with Kelsey is spending the whole summer of 2016 in Stillwater together - eating snow cones, starting water balloon fights, and staying up way too late! With Kelsey around, there is no shortage of laughter.
Kaitlyn Barnett

Kaitlyn started working with Bailey at the FRC in 2018 and it quickly became apparent that these two needed to be friends! Kaitlyn and Bailey began hanging out together outside of work, which turned into a friendship full of good food, travel, quality time, and lots of laughs. They spent every Saturday renting a study room at the library and when they needed a study break? Just Dance on YouTube!! Bailey's favorite memory with KB is traveling to Brazil -- beaches, food, new friends, karaoke, and scuba diving!
Abby Cain

Abby and Bailey met the January of freshman year. They were in an American Government class together, where Abby convinced Bailey to switch her major to Human Development. From there, they took many classes together and had many lunch dates at the Student Union Chick-fil-A. Summer of 2016, Abby convinced Bailey to apply to her workplace for a summer job (the FRC). So, Bailey and Jose owe Abby a big THANK YOU for the incidental set-up. One of Bailey's favorite memories with Abby is traveling to China together - riding bikes at midnight through Beijing, hiking the Great Wall, and trying lots of new foods.
Mason Sherrill

Mason and Bailey met in Kindergarten in 2001 (!!). They became quick friends and then their parents became quick friends which meant they would be spending a lot of time together outside of school. Bailey and Mason did everything together, including basketball, school musicals, vacations, and more! When they went to different colleges, they continued summer hangouts and FaceTime catch-up calls. Mason has seen Bailey in every stage of life, 25 years later! Time with Mason always feels encouraging, refreshing, and silly! One of Bailey's favorite memories with Mason is when their parents rented a 15-passenger van and roadtripped to Colorado. This was shortly after "Baby" by Justin Bieber debuted and Mason and Bailey might have sang/danced to Baby 3,257 times that trip.
Isabel Mulino

Bailey and Isabel met a few months after Bailey and Jose had started dating, but share lots of things in common including: loving to travel, being a Type-A eldest daughter, working at the FRC, and being able to annoy Jose better than anybody else. Bailey likes to remind Jose that she thinks Isabel is "cool" and nothing annoys him more than someone thinking Isabel is cool. But Bailey really does think Isabel is cool!! No one loves a travel itinerary Excel sheet like Isabel or Bailey. Together, they got to travel to Spain and Italy - and they also frequent Tokyo Pot or Korean BBQ with Jose. Bailey's favorite memory with Isabel is doing a "Tipsy Tour" in Rome which ended in late night Italian McDonald's.

Bailey and Mounika also met at the FRC. They worked together starting in 2018 and clicked immediately. They love sharing food and culture with one another and bonded over many meals and holidays shared together. Mounika knew Bailey and Jose separately and was so excited when they finally started dating!! Mounika is an amazing listener and loves to travel. One of Bailey's favorite memories with Mounika is when Bailey taught Mounika how to dye Easter Eggs and they spent Easter together.
Kyle Goebel

Jose and Kyle met in 2004 in a classroom during a staring contest (unbeknownst to Jose). Ever since then they’ve been inseparable, bonding over video games, TV, and every other nerdy thing under the sky. Some of José’s favorite memories with Kyle are late night hang outs playing video games, going to Kyle’s orchestra concerts, going golfing, and hanging out on Discord. He a homie fr.
Chad Kenkel

Chaddy-poo and Jose met at Stillwater Junior High and bonded at Meridian Technology Center in their pre-engineering courses. They bonded over working on their homework together, going to movie nights, being in the same fraternity, and were roommates at one point. Some of José’s favorite memories with Chad include going on runs, going fishing, taking classes together, and getting stranded in the middle of Lake Carl Blackwell while teaching Jose how to sail. Chad bravely saved Jose by getting another boat and sailing out to Jose in the middle of the lake.
Alec Cannon

Alec and Jose met in a physics discussion section taught by Tim in 2015. They instantly clicked talking about memes, internet culture, video games, and cooking. Alec and Jose have been inseparable ever since, always finding similar hobbies. They always have new things to talk about, regardless of the occasion. José’s favorite memories with Alec include traveling to Chicago together, dreaming about going to Vietnam, having hotpot at Alec’s house, and running in the rain trying to catch Pokémon with Caleb.

Tate and Jose met at the local super smash brothers tournament at OSU. Someone stole the other’s controller (cough cough Tate did) and the rest is history. Countless game nights and arguments solidified a forever friendship… Forever sharing similar nerd culture hobbies including yugioh, fighting games, retro games and just plain old arguing. Jose’s favorite memories with Tate include: playing yugioh together online, arguing when they were supposed to be studying, and playing late night smash bros when they were “kind of” neighbors.
Ricardo Mulino

José has known Ricardo for Ricardo’s whole life. They really enjoy each other’s company and are really supportive of each other. They love just hanging out together. Aside from being brothers, they share a love for computer programming and anime. Some of José’s favorite memories with Ricardo: Ricardo jumping on José as a little kid to wake him up to play games, their weekly phone calls while Ricardo was growing up in Peru, and their weekly dinners now that Ricardo is a student at Oklahoma State.

Brenden and Jose met at the FRC as front desk clerks. They bonded heavily by hanging out on the back row during FRC trainings and yapping. Brenden and Jose share a passion for cooking and love to speak about it together, playing Rocket League together, and have a shared interest in making Bailey laugh. They both bring younger brother vibes to any occasion and both think they’re the funniest guy in the room. José’s favorite memories with Brenden include Korean BBQ and top golf.
David Chacon

Jose and David met in high school, but bonded at Venezuelan get-togethers always by the snacks table. Forever arguing and forever laughing, Jose and David never miss a beat trying to get one over the other. José’s favorite memories with David are visiting him in LA, not paying attention in pre-engineering classes sitting next to each other, and getting ripped off traveling to play super smash bros at a Best Buy in Norman.

Caleb and Jose met thanks to Alec, on the 4th floor of Kerr-Drummond. They enjoyed talking about league of legends and playing super smash bros. Caleb introduced Jose to DnD will forever be his DM. Some of Jose’s favorite memories with Caleb are playing DnD, cards and margs Thursdays, and visiting Kansas City. They went to countless Digimon tournaments together and have played countless card games together.
Erick Gonzalez

Erick and Jose met freshman year of college. Erick was Kyle’s roommate freshman year, and was also interested in programming, gaming, and anime. They clicked pretty quickly and even shared their first college class together (Chem 1414). Jose’s favorite memories with Erick include: cooking together while studying and doing homework together, playing games late into the night in Jose’s apartment (including Kirby’s Dream Course battles that are still talked about today), and collectively losing their wallets together whenever they were out and about with their friends.
Noah Kline

Noah and Jose met sophomore year of college, thanks to Chad. Jose and Noah really enjoyed arts and crafts together, studying for many exams together with varying success, and going golfing. Jose’s best memories with Noah include: playing rocket league late into the night, working the donut shop early (early) in the morning, and hanging out late into the night with all the boys.
