Welcome Event

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Dress code is casual/festive and appropriate for the weather as this event will be held on the Cloudwalker Patio, with the option to move indoors if weather prohibits.

Light fare and drinks provided.

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Formal attire (American or Indo-Western). Suits and ties for men, floor-length or cocktail-length dresses for women. The venue is open air but covered. Some might say that on April 25th, it's not too hot and not too cold so all you need is a light jacket- but we'll let you decide! :)

Ride in style to the wedding on one of the reserved trolleys departing from the Loews hotel 4:30 or 5pm. Enjoy a welcome beverage and get settled in. Ceremony starts promptly at 5:30

Enjoy a steaming cup of caffeine and satisfying breakfast before saying goodbye.
