Is this a formal or semi formal affair?

Is this the formal invitiation?

Answer

Once you have RSVP'd to the wedding and reception, a formal paper invitation will follow soon via Snail mail. Once your paper invite is received, this confirms that you will be joining us for our blessed event.

Will there be children allowed at this event?

Answer

No children will be allowed at this event. While we understand that many of you are parents to little ones, we want you to have a good time and be able to freely celebrate this momentous occasion with us, so hire your babysitters and make sure to tip her well for some extra overnight hours.

Will there be a buffet or sit down dinner?

Answer

This will be a sit down dinner, with a carefully chosen menu so that our guests will enjoy every bite. If you have any dietary restrictions, please email us at castillocelebration@gmail.com or contact my maid of honor Natasha.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. The venue has its own parking lot. There is plenty of self parking and the building is gated, so no street parking or pay-by-phone parking is necessary.

Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the venues, indoor outdoor section.It is air conditioned so everyone should be fine. In Miami its way too hot and humid for us to subject our guests to heatstroke.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will take pictures for about a 1/2 hour. While our guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

Our theme is Heavenly Garden of Love. There will be flowers and stars everywhere. Feel Free to place a star somewhere ( a pin, your hair, your makeup) and be one of our angels for the night, We hope that you enjoy an enchanting evening with us.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so that we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the Venue?

The Reception Palace Ballrooms is located at 14375 SW 42nd Street, Miami, Florida 33175

What time should I arrive ?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure that everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list .Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation or as your plus one.

May I take a centerpiece/ candle/ flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Please do not remove the centerpieces or candles as these are items that belong to the Venue. There will be lots to take home including items from our candy bar, and our favorite sweet treat as a token of our appreciation for you spending the evening with us.

May I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! We encourage our guests to post pictures on their social media channels ( Instagram /Facebook). However, we do have a few requests: 1. Please tag each photo or video with our wedding hashtag #CASTILLOOFLOVE so we can keep track of all of your pictures and videos! We also ask that you DO NOT place yourselves in the aisle during the wedding party's procession OR during the brides walk to capture a picture. There will be plenty of moments to capture and we want this to be special for the Bride and Groom so they can have their moment.
