Question

Do I have to RSVP? Can't I just tell you I'm going to be there (or not)?

Answer

Yes, an RSVP is REQUIRED! Please use the QR Code found on your invitation, or the RSVP section of the website. If you are having issues with RSVPing online, please email us at jandc102025@gmail.com. RSVP is due no later than August 1, 2025.

What do I do if something changes and I can/can't make it after I have RSVPed?

Answer

We understand things come up. You may edit your response by clicking on the RSVP page at the top of this page. Enter your name and you will find an edit button at the bottom of your rsvp. If you are having any trouble, email us right away at jandc102025@gmail.com so we can make changes.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Label Group, located at 3002 S 70th St. Tampa, Fl 33619.

When should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony with start promptly at 4pm EST. We kindly request that all guest be seated no later that 3:45pm.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. We recommend carpooling with another attendee or ride sharing via Uber or Lyft if you plan to take advantage of the open bar!

Where should I stay?

Answer

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn in Riverview, FL located just a few miles from the wedding venue. Please book through the provided link on the travel page of this website in order to receive the discounted rate of $153+tax per night. Rate includes a five dollar off breakfast coupon that can be picked up at time of check-in. Additionally, complementary shuttle service to and from the wedding venue can be available if arranged with the venue at least two weeks prior to your arrival. Be sure to book your hotel room by September 10, 2025 in order to receive the discount.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will be most likely warm with a temperature in the 70's. Both the ceremony and the reception will be hosted outdoor, under cover. The venue provides large fans for comfort.

What should I wear?

Answer

Please consider that our dress code is cocktail/semi formal when choosing your attire. We understand that the weather will be warm so jackets and ties are welcome, but not required.

What colors should I avoid wearing?

Answer

White, ivory, off white, or similar.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

We advise you stick to the dress code, but please be comfortable! While there are grassy areas, all event spaces are connected by boardwalks. There will be dancing and uncomfortable shoes will be no excuse for not cutting a rug with us!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We would love for your little ones to join us for the ceremony and dinner. However, due to the atmosphere of the reception, we kindly ask that children under 13 not attend the remainder of the evening. We appreciate your understanding and we look forward to celebrating with you! Please remember to RSVP for any child who will be in attendance.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately there is a limit on the guests we can invite and cannot accommodate a plus one for everyone. If you are a special case where we have allowed you a plus one, we have listed her/his name or "Plus One/Guest" on your invitation. If you feel we left out someone important, let us know, but understand that our limitations may mean our hands are tied.

Will there be dancing?

There will definitely be an amusing interpretation of it.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes! We welcome those 21 and over to enjoy the open bar.

Most importantly, when will we eat?

Answer

Cocktail hour will begin and the conclusion of the ceremony. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be provided at this time. Dinner is expected to start at approximately 5:30.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please don't hesitate to email us at jandc102025@gmail.com and we will confer with our caterer.

Can I take home centerpieces, decorations, etc?

Answer

No. Most of the decorations are owned by the venue. Please only leave our reception with a a favor, full belly, and memories of the evening.

Can I take pictures/videos?

Answer

To fully enjoy the moment and allow our professional photographer to capture the ceremony, we kindly as that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during this time. Please also silence your phones and turn off any alarms prior to the start of the ceremony. We highly encourage you to take as many photos and videos as you want for the remainder of the event! Please just be respectful of the professional photographer and do not block their shots!

Your Presence Is the Greatest Gift! Having you at our wedding is truly the best gift we could ask for. If you’d like to give something extra, a contribution toward our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated as we start this exciting new chapter together.
