Because there are so many throughout the area, we are not reserving a specific hotel block and encourage guests to book accommodations that best fit their needs and budget. For those traveling from out of town, the closest airport is Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) in Traverse City. Additional options include Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW) and Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, both of which require a rental car and scenic drive north. Please note that our wedding falls on Labor Day Weekend, a very popular time in Traverse City. Flights, rental cars, hotels, and vacation rentals book quickly, we strongly recommend securing your travel and stay ASAP. We’ve listed Ranch Rudolf as a nearby option and also suggest checking Airbnb and Vrbo for rental homes! Ranch Rudolf is just a 10-minute drive through the woods from our venue and offers both lodging and camping options. 🐴🏕️ This special place holds many childhood memories for Jordyn — from school activities and caring for horses during a week-long intensive to annual haunted hayrides on the ranch. Family-owned by the Hamill family since 1982, Ranch Rudolf sits on 195 beautiful acres along the Boardman River, tucked into the woods of the Pere Marquette State Forest.
