Commonly Asked Questions
Question

DO I NEED TO RSVP?

Answer

Out of respect for the bride and groom, it is important that each guest RSVPs by the cutoff date; July 27th 2026. This ensures that there is enough food, seating, and settings to accommodate all of our guests comfortably. You can RSVP by clicking on the RSVP tab on the website. Type in your name in the bar, select your party, and mark the appropriate box for every member of your included party.

Question

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we cannot accommodate additional guests.

Question

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our dress code is Semi-Formal, but we do ask, out of respect for the wedding party, to avoid green, purple, and white as these are the wedding party colors.

Question

WHERE SHOULD I BRING/SEND MY WEDDING GIFT?

Answer

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift we could ask for, however, if you would like to celebrate us with a gift, please check out our wedding registry If writing a check, please make it out to "Jordein Hutson" OR "Nia Dyer" Otherwise, we will also have a card box and gift space available at the reception.

Question

I am traveling. Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block of 20 rooms available in town for a special rate. Please see the hotel block tab for booking information.

Question

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AT THE WEDDING?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from taking photos and join us in the moment for an "unplugged" ceremony. However, please feel free to go wild and take as many photos as you would like during the reception and share them with us!

Question

PARKING AND ACCESSABILITY

Answer

There is plenty of free parking, including handicap parking, available in the parking lot adjacent to the venue. The Venue is also disability accessible!

Question

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE

Answer

The Ceramony starts at 3pm CDT so we kindly ask that all guests plan to arrive no earlier than 2:15pm and no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will allow plenty of time for parking and finding your seat. Anyone who arrives after 3pm will be asked to wait until after the ceremony is over to ensure the ceremony flows without interruptions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Who should I contact with questions?

Answer

Leading up to the wedding feel free to contact Nia or Jordein. If you have any questions on the day of the wedding, please contact the Maid of Honor Jennifer at 320-304-9928
