This is right next to the village! This is walkable to all events and the wedding. Two night minimum. We have a room block and discount! Guest may call 800-323-7666 and ask to book a room in the "Waite-Lind" block. Guest will receive 10% off standard rates. Limited availability.

This is right next to the wedding venue and about a five minute walk to the village. We suggest you call to book.

Everline Resort & Spa
This is 2.5 miles down the road from the Village at Palisades. There is a free shuttle that goes form the Resort to the village every 30 minutes until 5:00pm. This hotel offers more of a "resort" feel. There is a pool, waterslide, spa, golf course, and dining.

Airbnb/VRBO Rentals
There are some Airbnb and VRBO rentals in Olympic Valley. Some are directly in the village, some are down the road. There is a shuttle you can call in the valley that is free that will take you to the village, but it stops at 10:00pm. If you are in the valley everything is within a 5 minute drive.

Tahoe City
If you are unable to get a hotel within the Olympic Valley, Tahoe City is the closest town to the valley. Tahoe City is about a 12 minute drive (7.5 miles) from Olympic Valley. There are multiple hotels, airbnbs, and VRBO rentals in this areas. Here are two hotel options: Moderate- Basecamp Tahoe City Budget- Americas Best Value Inn Tahoe City Ubers are extremely limited in the Tahoe area at night. There is a free shuttle that you can call that goes from the Olympic Valley to Tahoe City, but only until 10:00pm. Bonus: Tahoe City is right on the Lake!!

Reno/Tahoe International Airport
Reno/Tahoe airport is the closest airport to Olympic Valley/Palisades Tahoe. It is approximately 47 miles from the events. There are limited Ubers in the Tahoe area, so we would suggest renting a car or scheduling transportation in advance.
