Yes. Please dress in Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire. Though the attire is semi formal, we would suggest that you do not wear heels due to the Tahoe environment and the grass at ceremony site. Wedges, platforms, and flats are better. Check out this Pinterest board for ideas. copy & paste: https://www.pinterest.com/jwaite94/ideas-for-wedding-guest/
No. We are hoping that most guest stay in the village area, which is walkable to all events and the wedding venue. If you are staying in the Olympic Valley everything is under a 5 minute drive. If you are staying in Tahoe City or Truckee, you will need to have your own transportation. Note: Ubers are not available in Tahoe at night.
The wedding ceremony starts promptly at 4:00pm. We ask that you arrive to the venue by 3:30pm.
Your invitation specifies whether you are granted a guest or not. When you type in your name to RSVP on the website, those invited will have their full names displayed. Our guest list is already at its max due to the venue's strict capacity.
Unfortunately, the ceremony and reception are adult-only celebrations. Kids are welcome to attend the welcome party on Friday, July 12th.
We kindly ask that you do not bring physical gifts due to us traveling after the wedding. Please check out our registry. Thank you in advance for your generosity!
