Covid-19 Travel Restrictions

Answer

Please check https://www.mass.gov/info-details/covid-19-travel-advisory for more information. As of March 22, 2021, you do NOT have to quarantine for 10 days if you: - have a negative Covid test within 72 hrs of arrival. - 2 Covid vaccine doses of Modern/Pfizer, or 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson. Please bring your vaccination card.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It is Black Tie optional - so floor length dresses for ladies and suits for men. You can be go more formal if you'd like.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel block with the Salem Waterfront Hotel with reduced rates for reservations (888-337-2536). There are a few other hotels in the area as well.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is free for the Salem Waterfront guests, and at Willowdale. Pls let us know if you plan on parking at Willowdale so we can let them know.

Is there transportation to/from the venue?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle transportation to Willowdale. The coach buses will be leaving from the Salem Waterfront Hotel at 4:15 and 4:30PM. The buses will leave from Willowdale at 11:15PM.

Can we take the shuttle buses if we're not staying at the hotel?

Answer

Yes. If so, can you pls let us know so that we will have enough room for everyone.
