Our Journey

It all started with our engagement...

Welcome Home, Shira! We purchased our 2020 Subaru Forrester in May. We're grateful that she's been able to provide us 22,000 Miles of safe passage to over 25 National Parks across 30 US States

First Stop! Chiricahua National Monument, a local Tucson day-trip

Then we packed our bags...

and we set out to visit Brother Eric in Santa Barbara!

Wow, does she look great on some Pacific Ocean Beaches!

After that, off to Southern Utah! Checking out Bryce Canyon...

Plus, of course, Zion National Park!

Of course, we couldn't forget Horseshoe Bend

Then, we obviously couldn't miss the "Grandest of Canyons"

.... and, some Golf in Sedona

Then, back to Tucson for some Golf Lessons with Papa Jack!

Back on the road again! Passing through Delicate Arch at Sunset in Moab, Utah

A very cool excursion to the Bonneville Salt Flats near Salt Lake City, Utah

Then, met with our best friends, Christie and Tommy, to float down the Snake River in Jackson Hole, Wyoming!

Let me tell you... Life is Quite Grand in these Tetons!

Then, off to Montana to explore Glacier National Park! Thanks for visiting us, Milad =)

Some intense white water rafting around Glacier!

After Montana, we visited Sun Valley Idaho!

After Idaho, we did Autumn in Aspen!

Crushed our first 14'er in Colorado! (Quandry Peak!)

Then a few more Icy Mountaintops in Breckinridge, Colorado

On the way out of Colorado, we stopped by the Great Sand Dunes!

Then, a quick "pit-stop" to quarantine in Taos, New Mexico...

Then, back to Tucson, Arizona...

Before we're off again! Heading east... White Sands National Park in New Mexico!

Dropped down into the Carlsbad Caverns...

Had to hit Big Bend National Park in South-East Texas!

Then, we stopped by New Orleans...

On the way to hang out with the Gators in the Everglades!

A quick boardwalk hike in Congaree National Park/Swamp! (South Carolina!)

Before stopping in Asheville, NC!

Then..... Beckley, West Virginia! Why you ask!?

To visit our Nation's Newest National Park! The New River Gorge

After that! Shenandoah National Park in Virginia

Very nice to be back in our old stomping ground (the Upper West Side) after being gone for a full year!

An exciting visit to Cuyahoga National Park in Ohio!

... and the Indiana Sand Dunes (another National Park!)

Then we arrived just in time for "Spring" in Chicago!

Yet.... we still have more exploring to go! Stay tuned for updates =) We expect to hit 7 more national parks and several more states to wrap up our "engagement adventure" before we married 10/10/21
