Question

What should we wear?

Answer

Formal/ Semi-formal attire is preferred. Our venue is located on a 42 acre farm, and weather permitting, will include an outdoor ceremony and wagon ride. Wide heels, flats, or a change of shoes is recommended for women to avoid walking uncomfortably through the grass/ gravel. The cocktail hour and venue are indoors. We will provide heel savers when guests arrive on site.

Question

Should I arrive early?

Answer

YES. Guests will need time to park and take a wagon ride from the market to the ceremony location. We ask all guests to arrive between 3:00-3:30PM. Once the final wagon goes to the ceremony circle, guests will not be transported and will miss ceremony.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

The ceremony is located at the "ceremony circle" on the venue's property, however, in the event of unfortunate weather, the ceremony will be located in the greenhouse. Guests will need to walk to/ from the cocktail location, so while we will have a limited supply of umbrellas, we recommend bringing your own in case.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking on-site. A parking attendant will direct you where to park upon arrival. We are the only event taking place. Guests will be directed to the market (front building) where they will be transported by wagon to the ceremony location. Separate transportation is provided via golf cart where a wagon is not suitable. Note: Transporting to the ceremony location does take time. Please arrive early to avoid missing out.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes. Please let the parking attendant know upon arrival to secure handicap parking. A golf cart is available to transport guests to and from the various event locations.

Question

Are my kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

We absolutely love your little ones! However, due to space constraints, only the children specifically listed on the invitation are invited. We’re happy to make an exception for nursing babies.
