Flight
The best airport to fly into is Denver International Airport. Our suggested hotels are around 35-40 minutes from the airport. Rental cars are available as well as Ubers, Lyfts, and Taxis. We are also happy to try and arrange for an airport pick up, please just let us know!
Hotel
We have blocked rooms at the Inverness Hotel which give you a discount. Please follow the instructions below to book in our block: 1. Make a reservation in the block first via either the provided personalized link below (click "View" below) or call 1-855-274-3978 (24/7 available) by referring to the group code LOBI for the given date(s), (May 25th and/or May 26th, 2023) 2. If you wish to stay pre/post nights (before May 25th and/or after May 26th), please reach out to the hotel directly at 1-888-621-7948 or email to swong@invernessdenver.com with the reservation extension request. We will confirm availability and see if we can do so. Note: Reservations booked through other travel sites (for example: Expedia, Priceline, etc.) or using Hilton Honors points / Honors Discount for your stay are not qualified to receive the group discounted rate with amenities. The group rate will be available through Tuesday, April 25, 2023, as long as rooms are available in the block. This is the location for shuttles to and from the venue on our wedding day. We will provide more information once we have transportation locked down. There is plenty of parking at the venue if you choose to drive. We do ask that if you plan on drinking to please find alternative transportation such as taking the shuttle or Uber/Lyft.
