This is our favorite brewery in downtown Castle Rock! Great beer, great food, and great music. We recommend trying the Short Rib French Dip, you won't be disappointed!
This brewery is by far our favorite in Colorado, and it's located just 3 minutes from our house! It's about 16 minutes from Inverness Hotel and 31 minutes from the wedding venue, but it's worth checking out! The beer selection is delicious and they serve great food as well. We recommend trying the chicken wings!
We recommend a few places to hike around here. Just be careful of rattlesnakes! Castlewood Canyon State Park: Located about 15 minutes from the venue. Lots of different levels of hiking and pretty views! East Plum Creek Trail: About 12 minutes from the venue. This is paved and more of a walking/running trail. Mitchell Creek Canyon Trail: About 11 minutes from venue. Moderate to Difficult hike (1.5 miles) with pretty views!

Around 4 minutes from Inverness Hotel - this is a fun place to drink, eat, and play some golf. Don't be intimidated, no golf clubs or experience are required :) We recommend making reservations in advance, as weekends tend to be very popular!
