Where is the Venue?

Answer

The venue is located in Hillsboro, OR., 20 minutes West of downtown Portland. Address is on the Home Page with a Google Map available.

Is there a schedule for the day of the wedding?

Answer

We have the venue from 5pm to 10pm. The exact schedule for the ceremony and reception will be given on the day of. Any updates to that schedule will be posted for your convenience.

What is the dress attire?

Answer

We just want you to be comfortable. In 2023 during the month of May we experienced highs from 53, all the way to 88, with spring clouds clinging to a summer heat. Bring layers and wear good shoes.

Are we having the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes. The Octagonal Barn will host all of our needs. The ceremony will take place outside with a reception of food and beverages inside. If there in inclement weather we will host the entire event inside. We look forward to playing it by ear!

When do we need to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by Oct 1, 2024. You can do that through the website, via email (jordanandsibyl2025@gmail.com), or through phone (503.702.3557)

Is there outside alcohol allowed?

Answer

No. All alcoholic beverages must be provided by McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse and served by its employees.

Is there space on site to get ready?

Answer

No. You will need to prepare before arrival. There is a public restroom that has been used for last minute mirror checks, but that's about it. Reach out directly if you have specific needs.

Where should I stay when I get into town?

Answer

We don't stay in hotels in Portland, so you'll have to use your best guess. Our recommendation is to get an AirBnB somewhere on the West Side of Portland. We've posted the location of the wedding if you're trying to stay close to the venue. If you're having a hard time figuring anything out, let us know.
