Shuttle Transportation
3:30 pm - 4:15 pm
Buses will arrive to the Omni Hotel (100 S. 12th St, Richmond, VA 23219) at 3:30 PM, with an expected arrival at the venue between 4:15 and 4:30 PM. Please note: There will be no pick-up at the Berkeley Hotel. If you're staying there, simply walk across the street to the Omni to catch the shuttle. We kindly ask those driving to the venue to arrive by 4:45 PM to ensure you're seated and settled before the ceremony begins. For those who do wish to leave their car overnight, please pick up your vehicle by 10 am the following day at the venue. Of note, guests may take an Uber to the venue if they prefer. However, Uber service will not be available for return trips from River Run, as ride shares are not readily available in the Maidens, VA area.
Ceremony & Reception

Attire: Black-Tie Optional 5:00pm – Ceremony Dinner & Reception to Follow After the ceremony, kick off the evening with a cocktail hour offering refreshing drinks and tasty bites. Then, get ready for dinner and plenty of dancing as we celebrate!
Shuttle Transportation
9:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Shuttle buses will be available to take guests from the venue to the Omni hotel. One early bus is avaliable at 9:30 PM for guests who wish to leave early. The remaining buses will leave at 11 PM. Please plan accordingly and enjoy the evening!
After Party
