We are getting married!!

We met at Tri-Cities Workcamp back in 2014, and little did we know we would make it to where we are now! Despite hitting it off immediately, Shane was just about to head off to LSU for undergrad. Keeping Skype in business was a large part of the beginning of our relationship, with Jordan sending care packages and Shane surprising her with visits. The distance turned out to be no obstacle, as they both thrived! After graduating from college, Shane worked in Richmond while Jordan prepared to attend PA school. Nothing, however, could have prepared us for Jordan getting accepted into PA school in Charleston, SC, which meant she would be moving down there. We moved in together before Jordan started PA school in Charleston, and a year later, Shane proposed to her in front of the famous Pineapple Fountain in downtown Charleston. We celebrated immediately after with many friends at a bar named Henry's. Jordan poured enormous amounts of blood, sweat, and tears into her studies and graduated from MUSC with her master’s in the summer of 2024. Shane was there, supporting her every step of the way. Up next was the job search, which brought us to where we are today, living in a place we never thought we would... New York.
