TRANSPORTATION & PARKING

Our venue provides LIMITED parking. Round-trip shuttle service will be provided to the wedding from the Courtyard by Marriott Battle Creek and Home2Suites by Hilton Battle Creek. If possible please use the shuttle service. Home 2 Suites by Hilton Pick-up Times: 1:50 pm EST 3:00 pm EST 3:05 pm EST Courtyard by Marriott Pick-up Times: 2:00 pm EST 2:05 pm EST 3:10 pm EST 3:15 pm EST End of Night departure times from venue: 9:30 pm, 10:15 pm, 10:45 pm, 11:15 pm & 11:30 pm

ARE KIDS INVITED?

No, our celebration will consist of a child-free ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. While we love your kiddos, we request that this be an adults-only weekend.

Beverages will be provided, but tips will be appreciated by the staff!

How Do I RSVP?
Answer
We are asking everyone to RSVP online. Once you receive your invitation, it will have a QR Code that will take you directly to the RSVP page of our website. If you need any help, please don't hesitate to email, call, or text us. *We understand life happens. If unexpected changes occur and you are no longer able to attend after you submit your RSVP, please let us know ASAP.*

No Welcome Party on Friday
Answer
For travel plans, please note we will not be hosting a welcome party Friday evening. Outside of the bridal party and immediate family, all events will start Saturday. We look forward to celebrating with you then! If you get into town early, check out the 'Things to do' tab for recommendations.
