Hotel
For our friends and family who will be continuing to celebrate with us after our venue closes at 11, we invite you to book a room at this hotel and utilize our provided shuttle service. The hotel has a very limited number of rooms available, so PLEASE book early! Shuttles will depart from the Cobblestone Inn & Suites promply at ~1:30pm to the Wedding Ceremony at the Hidden Treasures Event Barn. Please be ready and waiting in the lobby, shuttles will begin boarding guests 10 minutes prior to each departure. Following dinner, a shuttle will be available to depart from Hidden Treasures Event Barn back to the hotel every hour, beginning at 9pm until 11pm. We recognize that check-in for the hotel is after shuttle departure to the venue. The hotel has offered to accommodate early check-ins as rooms are available and to the best of their abilities. Please inquire about requesting an early check in when making your reservation and/or check with the front desk when you arrive to see if your room is ready. If your room is not yet ready, feel free to park your vehicle and check in when you return after the reception. Hidden Treasures Event Barn offers ample parking if you choose to drive yourself to and from the venue. Overnight parking is permitted. Please retrieve your vehicle no later than 10am the following day. We ask that when you RSVP, please indicate if you plan on using the provided transportation. This will allow us to have a good estimate of how many people we will be accommodating. Thank you!
