Please RSVP by no later than August 16th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by that time, we will assume you are unable to attend.
Shuttles will depart from the Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Fremont promply at 1:30pm to the Wedding Ceremony at the Hidden Treasures Event Barn. Please be ready and waiting in the lobby, shuttles will begin boarding guests 10 minutes prior to each departure. Following dinner, a shuttle will be available to depart from Hidden Treasures Event Barn back to each hotel every hour, on the hour, beginning at 9pm. We recognize that check-in for the hotel is after shuttle departure to the venue. The hotel has offered to accommodate early check-ins as rooms are available and to the best of their abilities. Please inquire about requesting an early check in when making your reservation and/or check with the front desk when you arrive to see if your room is ready. If your room is not yet ready, feel free to park your vehicle and check in when you return after the reception. Hidden Treasures Event Barn offers ample parking if you choose to drive yourself to and from the venue. Overnight parking is permitted. Please retrieve your vehicle no later than 10am the following day. We ask that when you RSVP, please indicate if you plan on using the provided transportation. This will allow us to have a good estimate of how many people we will be accommodating. Thank you!
We welcome you to join us for our unplugged (no phones) ceremony starting at 2:30! We kindly ask that you arrive at 2pm to get seated so you don't miss out on the fun!
We kindly request that guests attend in whatever cocktail attire makes them the most comfortable. This can include for the ladies: dresses, skirts and dress pants. For the gentlemen, this can include: collared shirts, slacks or khaki pants. We also kindly request that you wear whatever shoes will get you out on the dance floor all night with us. Weather dependent, our ceremony will take place in a grassy area of the venue. Please choose a shoe that will allow you to navigate this area with ease.
As much as we’d love to invite all of your children, we are only able to accommodate children involved in the wedding party.
Due to the intimate size of our venue, we are unable to extend invites for plus ones, unless otherwise specified on your invitation.
