Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your kiddos! However, we are asking that this be a child-free event. Treat this as a date night, and a much deserved night off for parents!

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by no later than January 11th, 2025. Earlier is always appreciated! You can RSVP by clicking the tab in the menu above.

When should I arrive in Rochester?
Answer
While late February is typically more mild-weathered in Rochester, we can't predict the weather! We recommend booking flights to arrive at least two days early to avoid missing the main event due to weather delays. P.S. -If you are not experienced with driving in the snow we recommend taking that into account when renting a suitable vehicle :)

Can I bring a guest?

We are only able to accomodate the number of guests listed on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting elevated cocktail attire for our wedding.

What's the parking situation?
Answer
If you're anything like the bride, you suffer from a fair amount of parking anxiety. Rest assured, we have everything covered! If you're staying at the Hyatt or Hilton, the venue is less than 200 feet from the front door of either hotel. Just keep your car parked in the hotel garage! If you plan on driving to the venue, please take advantage of the free valet service we're providing. Do you plan on taking full advantage of our open bar? Us too! Please make sure you have a rideshare app such as Uber or Lyft downloaded on your phone and ready to use!

When should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please arrive early enough, at least 15-30 minutes, to find a seat and socialize before the festivities begin.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We will have signature cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks, and self-serve coffee and tea. If you plan on taking full advantage of the open bar, please be sure to coordinate a safe ride home or stay at the hotel across the alley from the venue. The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you ;)

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Please enjoy a cocktail hour following the ceremony, with plenty of charcuterie, hand-passed hors d'oeuvres and drinks while the wedding party takes photos before dinner begins.
