WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL? Uber has become very popular in Cartagena in the last few years and is the generally the best way to get around. It's about a 15 minute dive to the Old City and should cost around 20,000 COP ($8 USD). If you have trouble getting an Uber for any reason, it's fine to take one of the official taxis lined up out front. Just be sure to agree on the rate up front.
