With two stories and a rooftop, this Republic-era building brings the ancient art of alchemy back to life, with its experimental mix of elements. From each of its bars, Alquímico serves up a delicious cocktail menu based around infusions of liquors. It also has an excellent culinary offering of sharing dishes, which uses Colombia’s distinctive ingredients to bring out the best of international recipes.
Located in the Old City. This is a cool bar in the plaza out front of the San Pedro Claver Church. We recommend grabbing a table outside, try a few cocktails, people watch, and then hop to another recommended restaurant for dinner.
