Check-in
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
First day will probably be dedicated to getting comfortable in the Air BnB and welcoming family and friends from out of state! No meals are planned for this day, so it will a fend for yourself situation in regards to food and drink. (Though I think we should all pitch in together and order pizzas!) If you see this event in your RSVP questions, it means that you have been saved a bed or room in the Air BnB! Information on the house: Code to get into the Resort/Ranch is 2007. Please park in the Alpine Lot unless you have been told otherwise. There is a complimentary shuttle that will take you up to the house. Before getting on the shuttle, be sure to leave a placard/paper in your windshield that displays your name, phone number, and the address of the house (1028 Beeler Place). the shuttle service can be reached by calling (970) 368-2002

Disc Golfing with Jordan
8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Weather can change quick in the mountains. We recommend bringing layers, good shoes for hiking, and maybe a rain jacket.
Jordan will be taking anyone who wants to join, for a round or two of disc golf! This is for those who aren’t joining the yoga/meditation at the house. Please bring cash in case there is a tee time charge.
Yoga & Meditation with Haile (Potential to be Cancelled)
9:00 am - 11:00 am
We are having a Yoga/Meditation guide come to the house while the Groom and whoever joins him goes disc golfing. Please bring $10 in cash if you wish to participate, as well as a yoga mat or blanket! With all the wedding jitters, a bit of yoga and mindfulness will put the Bride in the right mindset. If you plan to join in, please bring a yoga mat with you!
Quick Lunch
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Quick Lunch while the Bride and Groom are getting ready. Casual meals can be eaten anywhere in the house.
Ceremony
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Our wedding is casual, so please no suits or black tie attire. However button-ups, sport coats, or summer sundresses will go over great!
Our wonderful family friend Bill Miller will be officiating the wedding! Which is so special and exciting. We cannot wait for friends and family to witness the official joining of the Kilhoffer and Elizondo families. We have been looking forward to this day for a long time.
After Party

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Let's celebrate our family, our friendships, and the love of Jordan and Haile! BYOB (there will be a beer run before the ceremony so everyone can pick up their libations) and be kind to those who go to bed early, so please keep the party downstairs after 11 pm.
Reception Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Dinner provided by an in-home chef after the ceremony.

Lets Go Hiking!
10:00 am - 12:30 pm
After breakfast lets go for a hike! Those that dont want to can stay behind at the house and enjoy the many amenities. We have one more night in the Air BnB to relax and enjoy Winter Park before we all head our separate ways.
