Hilarities 4th Street Theatre and Comedy Club
Hilarities Comedy Club was one of the stops on our first date. We have been to a handful of comedy shows since and enjoyed lots of laughs there together and with friends! Hilarities is right in the middle of East 4th Street which is an iconic cobble-stone street in the middle of Downtown Cleveland with many restaurants next door.
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
Take a walk through the history of music, and the artists, producers, and other notable figures who influenced the development of rock music. See the exhibits and artifacts that define the various decades of rock music, including the blingiest of accessories such as Michael Jackson’s famous sequined glove and Taylor Swift’s sparkly dress and glitzy microphone.
Great Lakes Science Center
Come and explore to see how science, technology, engineering and math come alive through the unique exhibits and hands-on activities. Jordan and Elina have been to some fun events here and have enjoyed the simulations and activities at the museum!
West Side Market
Cleveland’s oldest public market is home to 100 vendors offering fruits, vegetables, baked goods, flowers, ready to eat food, and other fresh food items. It is located right in the heart of Ohio City where you can find numerous restaurants nearby. Jordan and Elina’s favorite restaurants in this area include Bar Cento, Townhall, and Flying Fig. They also enjoy stopping in at Mitchells Ice Cream, a local favorite, for a taster’s duo. If you’re looking for a refreshing adult beverage, there are many great options here, including Nano Brew and Great Lakes Brewery.
Edgewater Beach and Park
Edgewater Beach and Park is a great spot for some time outdoors by the water with city views. Enjoy a nice stroll or run, and even partake in beach yoga or volleyball, two of Elina’s favorite Edgewater Beach activities!
The Cleveland Museum of Art
CMA recently celebrated its centennial in 2016 and is home to one of the world’s most distinguished comprehensive art collections which are free to the general public. Located next to Little Italy, you can explore historic Italian art and nibble on authentic Italian food within just a few mere hours of each other!
Cleveland Botanical Garden
Stop by and explore the vibrant glasshouse and the gardens transformed by the trees and plants within. Right next door to Cleveland Museum of Art!
Rising Star Coffee Roasters
Jordan and Elina's favorite coffee spots in the city. It's connected to the 5th Street Arcades which is where Jordan proposed!

We've come here for food and drinks with friends and always go with a pizza and IPA; two classics taken to the next level here!
