Yes, the resort is adults only (18+)-all inclusive! The total price includes your stay, food, drinks, tips and gratuities for all restaurants and bars at the hotel (Quivira Steakhouse is not included and will be a separate charge). You'll also be able to take a complimentary shuttle to any other Pueblo Bonito resorts nearby and use their restaurants and bars as well! Please note there are some food or drink items that may not be included and will be a separate charge, make sure to confirm with staff if you're unsure.

Please note each option has it's pros and cons and you can decide which option works best for you! 1) You can head straight to pueblobonito.com, select your dates and hotel Pacifica, then enter our code. There will be our room block rate which is a discounted free cancellation rate, and a non-refundable rate. Please note, if you choose the non-refundable option, you must pay for your whole stay within 5 days of booking and you won't be able to receive any refunds, just date modifications. 2) You can go straight through our room block link, you can find this in the Hotel & Travel section within the menu bar. Our code should be automatically inputted but make sure to double check. Our room block rates are slightly more expensive than the non-refundable rates, however you only need to put down a one-night deposit to confirm your reservation and the remaining balance isn't due until you check in at the resort. You're also able to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund up to 21 days before your check-in date. This allows for more trip security, and is a better option for guests not wanting to pay for their whole stay up front. 3) You can book your stay by calling Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Toll Free at 1-844-530-0518 or emailing groupsreservations@pueblobonito.com. Make sure to mention you're attending the Fick/Smeltzer wedding and use promo code FICK26. Please note, Expedia and other 3rd party services advertise cheaper rates but they don’t show all taxes and fees until you check out and it’s non-refundable, you also won't be able to receive any of our group code benefits if you book through a 3rd party service. It ends up being just around the same price as our group rates, but our rates allow for free cancellation. We highly encourage our guests to book using our code in order to get discounts on your stay and other activities.
If you happen to miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel directly and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.

All available rooms through our room block are amazing! But, if you’d like to elevate your stay, the Towers offer 24/7 Butler service, access to an oceanfront VIP lounge exclusive only to PB Pacifica Tower guests, etc. To see all details and information on the Towers, head to the main Pueblo Bonito Pacifica website and click “The Towers” within the menu bar. Please note many of the amenities listed within the Towers are also available to all resort guests regardless of room type.
We understand some of our guests may have to take time away from work or other responsibilities. So arrive whenever you can! But, the earlier the better, so you can take time to enjoy the pool, beach, food, drinks, and spending time with everyone! Please note the hotel is a 2-night minimum.
San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD) is the main airport. After you go through customs, there are several time-share companies that will try to get your attention while you're still inside, please ignore! Just head straight outside and find your transportation company. It will take about an hour to get to the hotel depending on traffic at the time. Another tip is to bring a pen because you'll have to fill out a Declarations form on the plane ride there.
There is a link in the Hotel & Travel section within the menu bar to book roundtrip airport transportation with Cabo Travel Solutions from the SJD International Airport. You can book a Suburban (up to 6 passengers), a Sprinter Van (up to 18 passengers), or a Toyota Van (up to 10 passengers). Please note there’s no requirement to use this service, you can use any transportation service you prefer!
The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on the beach in the sand right near the Peninsula Bar at the resort. So, luckily for our guests it's just a quick walk down from your room!
Please arrive anywhere from 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony in order to get seated on time. Thank you!
We recommend wearing breathable fabrics. Consider a flowy maxi dress, sundress, or jumpsuit for women, and a button-down shirt, or linen suit for men. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes since our ceremony and reception will be on the sand. And lastly and most importantly, please no white! Thank you!

Our rehearsal dinner guest list will be limited to those who are playing a role in our ceremony. Thank you for understanding!
We will be serving a Mexican style buffet, there will be a wide variety of options in order to suit everyone's dietary needs. Please don't hesitate to consult the serving staff if you have specific questions about certain food items.
The weather in Cabo during the month of May is usually beautiful! Anywhere between high 70's to mid 80's. Since our ceremony and reception isn't until later in the evening, the temperature will cool down to around the low 70's. Please note the UV is very high during this time of year anywhere from 10-13. Please pack plenty of sunscreen and drink lots of water! Make sure to always ask your server or butler for bottled water, please do not drink the tap water as you'll probably get an upset stomach.
We don't have any group activities scheduled, we want this to be your vacation as well! So besides the wedding events, please feel free to do any activities on or off property that you'd like!
