We met during our junior year of High School at Tesoro where we both were enrolled in the same early morning ceramics class which was always full of jokes and laughter. Side note, Dalton was way better at ceramics than I was.. We always remained close friends throughout the rest of High School and into our College years. During our last years of College, we always had people in our ear telling us that we should be together but I know both him and I were adamant on not wanting to ruin our friendship at the time. It wasn't until the end of my senior year of College that we decided we might like each other just a little more than friends. We started talking, facetiming, and hanging out more whenever I was home. Our favorite thing to do at the time was stay up late on the couch and watch Catfish the TV show together. I finally just had to ask him after a few glasses of wine and over text because I was to scared in person, "do you like me?", I thought let's just get to the point right? He goes "yes, I wouldn't be hanging out with you as much as I am if I didn't like you." So I go, "ok, so we like each other?" and he goes, "yes.". After that, we were pretty much inseparable. We truly believe falling in love with your best friend is one of the many blessings God can give you. Our life is full of love, adventure, and of course lots of laughter and we couldn't be more grateful that we get to spend forever together.
