IS IT TOO LATE TO RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, our vendors needed a final headcount no later than April 5th and we are unable to accept anymore RSVP's at this time. Thank you!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal attire. Please avoid the following colors of attire: Maroon, Royal Blue suits, and White/Ivory.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue at 4:30 pm. The gates will open at 4:30 pm and be closed during the ceremony starting at 5:00 pm. The gates will open again after the ceremony.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Answer

Free parking is available at the venue. The parking lot will be your first left as you pass through the gate of Rocky's Lake Estate. We also encourage families to carpool to the venue, if you can.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

Shuttle buses will be available to and from The Hotel at Avalon. Priority will be given to family members and bridal party. If the buses fill up, ride share services (Uber/Lyft) are available at the hotels and venue.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside with the reception indoors.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adults only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Answer

Oh yes there will! We will have appetizers during cocktail hour, buffet style dinner and desserts. Our big hope is that you leave our wedding stuffed and happy!

WILL THERE BE A BAR?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, two specialty cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take and post as many photos and videos as you'd like! Don't forget to tag the bride and groom!

HAVE YOU RESERVED HOTEL ROOM BLOCKS?

Answer

Yes! For more information on how to book your reservation through our hotel room blocks, please visit the "Travel" section of our site.

IS THERE A ITINERARY FOR THE DAY?

Answer

For a basic itinerary for the day, please visit our "Schedule" section of our website. Programs will also be provided day of!

DO YOU HAVE A REGISTRY?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best present we could ask for! However, if you wish to bring or ship a gift, you can find our registries under the "Registry" section of our website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RSVP ON TIME?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us! However, we do have to provide total guest counts to the venue and vendors in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVP's. Thanks for understanding!
