Maid of Honor
My sweet sister who is a softball superstar and loves Disneyland almost as much as me. We grew up together playing with Barbies and American Girl dolls, picking on our little brother and pretending we were on grand adventures in the backyard. She's been my best friend for as long as I can remember.
Bridesmaid
Hope and I met in an introductory political science class at Corban. I asked her to come to Ashland, Oregon to the Shakespeare Festival with me after only knowing her for a few weeks. Thank goodness she said yes & still trusted me even after I drove in the rain at night without the headlights on for almost half the trip!
Bridesmaid
Jessica and I became friends when we went to the Almond Bowl, a big high school football game together. She invited me over to spend the night at her house afterward, and we discovered our mutual love for all things 1950s, cookies, sweaters and sleep. We always try to beat our previous record of staying up late every sleepover. I think we've made it to 1 a.m. before.
Bridesmaid
Camille is so special to Jordan & I both! Jordan and her grew up next door to each other, and I've been lucky enough to get to know Camille more over the past years. One of my favorite memories with Camille was going to Disneyland with her, Jordan and Seth at Christmas time and getting matching sweaters not once but twice!
Bridesmaid
Jo is Jordan's sister and also one of his (and now mine!) best friends. I got to go to Disneyland with Jordan and Jo twice, and she was there when Jordan proposed. She captured it all on video too! Since we can't be in Disneyland all the time, we also have spent many evenings baking cookies, watching America's Got Talent and always cuddling with Champ, the cutest golden doodle there ever was.
Bridesmaid
Merissa and I were destined to be best friends. Our senior year we decided we were over the dorm life and got our own adorable little apartment. We have so many happy memories together shopping, getting Dutch Bro's, going to fun things and teasing her, now, husband. I was so honored to be a part of Merissa's wedding last year, and now I'm so excited she gets to be in mine!
Bridesmaid
Makelle & I have been friends since high school, and she was always so supportive of all the random get togethers I decided to throw. Makelle and I always joke about how much we are alike and how we're secretly old ladies. One time Makelle invited Makayla and me over to make a gingerbread house, and I absolutely ruined it. The next year, we had a premade gingerbread house we just put icing on!
Groomsman
Seth and I grew up together tricking our parents into letting us have sleepovers staying up late playing PS2. We never grew apart and remained best friends throughout high school. He's part of our main Disneyland crew and I was so thankful to have him there when I proposed to Ash at Disneyland.
Groomsman
I met Mason playing Little Leauge in Chico. He and I grew up in the same church and spent lots of time together at church camps. He also is one of Ashlyn's closest friends, which immediately made us even better friends too.
Groomsman
Colin and I have known each other since grade school, and we played sports together. I had the privilege of going to prom with him and Ash both years of high school. Since then, we've worked together as junior high leaders and played many hours of Xbox together.
Groomsman
It's hard to remember a time before Andrew, or Puser, as I affectionately call him, and I knew each other. There are many memories of sleepovers gone wrong, Lego sets that were accidentally destroyed, endless hours playing Halo late into the night and eating way too much food. We might as well have been related, and, lucky for us, he's Ashlyn's cousin, so now we'll be officially related.
Groomsman
Ashlyn's brother. Just kidding. Zach is the little brother I never had. I got to take him out to coffee every week before I moved. He gets my sense of humor, and he's one of the funniest fella's I know. One of my favorite memories is riding Heimlich over and over again with him at Disneyland.
Groomsman
Michael is such a good friend. Our friendship really started when he was my leader in high school. He answered the call of the high school pastor to take a student out to coffee. That student was me, and it turned into coffee every Friday for almost six years. Recently, I got to go to Star Wars Land with Michael (before I even went with Ashlyn and she's a little bitter still) and I'm so thankful I could go with him.
Groomsman
Caleb was truly my first friend. Our parents are old friends, and we were instant playmates. We used to battle with lightsabers out in the "wildernness." (It was his family's ranch.) We spent hours watching Star Wars while fast forwarding the boring love scenes and went on many church trips together.
Flower Girl
Belle and Clara are two of Jordan's nieces, and they are just the smartest, cutest, sweetest little girls you'll ever meet! Jordan is indoctrinating them with all things Star Wars and DC Comics.
