How far is Longmont from the Airport and what is transportation like?

Will I get altitude sickness?

Answer

Start making sure you are extra hydrated 1-2 weeks before coming to Colorado, hydration and electrolyte packets, and bananas are helpful as well! Longmont is a little over 5000 ft. in elevation, the same as Denver. Often people do not experience altitude sickness at this elevation. If you plan to venture into the mountains for a few days and are worried about altitude sickness, spend a day in Denver or Longmont first to acclimate.

While we love our little ones, in order to keep our celebration intimate, we're only able to accommodate children of immediate family who are named on the RSVP section.
